PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION / MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR WRONG ITEM
On receipt, in case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Customer should also lodge a proper complaint with the local office of the courier agency, so that we may peruse the same, so as to avoid such occurrences in future.
In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or with manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact us, within 24 hours of receipt of product.
Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of instructions from Teazle.in regarding the same.
In case of any other complaints, email us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from us for the same. In case any product is returned
without such confirmation, we do not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.
The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery. Please note that we shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations on the basis of the customer’s emails.
All defective products being returned to us shall be done ONLY through registered courier.
Custom Stitched Products will not be returned.
All shipping costs of returning the defective products will be borne by us.
All defective products ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION as sent to customer, shall have to be sent back to us within ten (10) working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from Teazle.in.
Safe receipt of defective product by us is sole responsibility of the customer.
While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’.
In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to customer, then we shall make the necessary modifications/alternations, AT THE COST OF THE CUSTOMER. In rare circumstances when original fabric is unavailable for purpose of such alterations/modifications, we may use plain fabric of the same color.
CUSTOMER MAY HAVE TO BEAR THE COST OF SUCH REPLACEMENT FABRIC IN SUCH RARE CASES.
In case you don't like the product then the shipping charges for the return of the product will be borne by the customers.
Mode of Payment for Refunds:
1. If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we can either issue Teazle Credits or reverse credit to the Credit Card or credit your Net-Banking account. Teazle Credits can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.
2. If the payment made was by Cash on Delivery, we can issue Teazle Credits only. Teazle Credits can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.
3. If Teazle Credits were used to make a purchase, refund will only be issued as Teazle Credits. This can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.
Amount of Refund: If the amount is refunded in your account or card then 5% will be deducted as refund charges and remaining will be refunded to you. In case of cash on delivery and Teazle Credits, there will be a 100% refund in your Teazle Account as Teazle Credits.
Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days of Product Inspection. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:

For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers, the time taken for refund depends finally on the bank. Though we would love to expedite the same, but unfortunately these are among those things which are not in our control. Also, you can assume additional delay in case of nationalized banks. Banks send a sms to customers for credit amount of more than Rs. 5000 only. In case your refund is less than Rs. 5000 lease check your bank account or credit card account.
Any cancellation or change in the order will be accepted only if you mail us within 8 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier. In failing to do so, you will have to accept the order and the standard return policy will apply.
Refunds will be made according to the above mentioned return and refund policy.
Under any conflict, decision made by the management at Teazle.in (entity of Asian Fashion) will be final.
